this apt complex is real nice and quiet, has both college tenants and some elderly/families. if you live in the right area you might get some attractive neighbors like i did, which is always a plus . Also the police station is down the block which is good, but bad for speeders like me. I would highly recommend this complex and would stay here if i didnt have to move for the new job.
