Think about it twice

We found the apartment to be very noisy. The nine foot ceilings are nice but you give up all the barrier for quietness. I can hear every step of my neighbor, doors open and shut, conversations, cleaning, etc... Partys by other neighbers kept me up at nights. If you live anywhere close to main drives you get all the music of the cars (And there are many who like to share their music). There are many dogs and very few owners who pick up after them. So no walking anywhere but sidewalks and sometimes those are not safe. If there is any possibility of needing out of you lease early, there is no flexibility. However, rules to their needs are bent all the time. (If it helps them to get you in the contract, bent some for me to get me into the contract. Even a Texas law.) If I had it to do over I would not walk away, I would run. (extremely fast)
