Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The complex has several issues: Extra charges for gate openers, water billings, gate maintenance, dog ----, random parking, high electric bills, and loud neighbors.

I have lived in several apartment complexes and this has been the most expensive and worst experience.
