Management is stuck-up, the pool water is filthy, the free breakfast sucks (what more could you ask when its free), air vents in the apartments are disgusting, much of the maintainence work is a matter of covering up a problem, the 24-hour gym is pathetic and unkept, the yardsmen are loud and continuosly around, in some parts of the complex (near the back corner) it is a gift from god to find a parking spot at night time, footsteps from above are all too loud, landscaping is comperable to a 10 yr olds work, drainage is a problem, balconies are infested with termites, many unfriendly neighbors, and ohh the manager is a -----. But on the other hand the cookies in the office are delicious. It is just not worth the money spent.
