In response to the last post, which complex were you living at' The maintenance has always been up to par, if not above. The pool has always been clean everytime I have visited, and the office staff is nothing but nice to me. The landscaping is nothing to complain about as well. However, I agree completely with the parking situation. If you drive a truck, or SUV for that matter, heavily consider getting a covered spot seeing as any other spot is meant for a Geo Metro. I do agree that it is kind of overpriced compared to newer properties for the same price. But all in all I've enjoyed my stay here. But I think there are better places to live for the price you pay.
