Great location. The quietest complex i have ever lived in. Parking is pretty bad though - spaces are compact, and if you dont get home before ten, your gonna need a sack lunch for the trip to your apartment. Staff is almost always helpful, good personnel for the most part. Work orders are almost always taken care of promptly. Groundskeeping is nothing fancy, but that doesnt really matter to me. Pool is always clean. There is a raccoon problem as of recent tho. They come and tear up the trash on the night before it gets picked up, and apparently are motivated enough to climb three flights of stairs.
