What they do is divide all the property's water consumption between all the residence. I went out of town for 2 weeks and my bill was still around the average of $35.00. Once when I received my bill in the bill another person's bill was stuck to mine and that's how I figured it out. It's so unprofessional, they write in the amount on a reprinted card. No meter reading or anything, just your apt number and the amount.

At my new place I get what looks like a bexar met or SAWS bill and averages around $15.00

If you like paying for someon else's long showers and all the broken sprinkler heads shooting 20 ft in the air then this dump is for you.
