Complacency has put this property in slow decline.

Trash and maint. staff are excellent. Landscaping is nice.
As for management: during business hours, they're on top of things. But after hours, just when many lighting, watering and safety problems begin to manifest themselves, they're clueless. Management shows little interest in being proactive, and is content to wait for residents to complain about obvious after-hours problems in common areas, meaning issues sometimes fester for weeks or months.
There are over 300 units in this sprawling complex, which is just a few hundred feet from a major interstate, but sometimes the on-call security officer is "at another property." This complex could really use a little more care and attention at night, especially given the premium rents being charged.
