I agree with previous posting. I complained to the Manager and Assistant Manager, both of whom could care less. Tina isn't much better in the front office with her sarcastic and not so pleasant customer service. Great property, but the management and some employees need training on how to deal with tenants and the outside world.

usually, when people write comments of that magnitude its when they dont know how to handle their own finances and then cant pay rent on time. normally when someone writes a hotcheck you have to pay a $25 fee...to any place of business. in the future, let your wife handle your rent.

You could not be more wrong about this. The management staff is more helpful than any other staff I have ever experienced. If they are such a problem, why have they been there for so many years. It is unheard of in this day and time to have an apartment staff continue as the same for more than a year or two much less more than 8 years. If there was such a problem, this probably means that you just didn't get what you wanted. As far as Tina goes, she is still there and has always done everything she can to help others.

I think there are enough responses about the poor management to back up this complaint. I guess it depends if the women are on PMS that day or not...that will determine their attitude.
