I didn't really mind living here the first few months. But then I realized that although the staff is very friendly and polite, and seems to genuinely want to help me, I had to ask three or four times to get anything done.

Also, Mrs. Murielle Hicks, the apartment manager of the apartment, is a rude and vindictive person. She treats people with complete disdain, and seems to revel in her power. I have personally witnessed her being deliberately obstructive to current tenants, and prospective ones.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER. You will regret it.

I am not going to leave my name here, because I am afraid of her taking legal action against me and further ruining my life. But please trust me, for your own sake, I am telling you the truth.

I lived at this apartment complex for over "3 years" Although we had the occasional maintenance issue once in a while, I loved it there!! I moved to Houston and then back to San Antonio and the apartment I am in now is a "NIGHTMARE!" I am telling you now that you are truly enjoying the good life because there are apartments much worse!!!!
