I was lived in one of their apartment for 3 months. When I moved to my apartment, it was like mess. Specially bathroom & kitchen were so dirty even you can't imagine. The maintenance was horrible and the management doesn't care about their tenants. They are borderline fraudulent so be careful if you sign a lease with these people. Once you plan to move out, they will start telling you about many charges which you didn't know at the time of signing the lease. Also they are taking expenses for cleaning the apartment when you moved out from your pocket.
The management is fraud. So be careful with financial matters.
