My wife and I moved in to one of the first buildings completed and were so excited about the price for a new apartment. Keep in mind when we moved here they were not even @ 25%. As other buildings became ready to lease, we all learned quickly that the construction gurus didn't think people living in apartments drove cars. Everyone complained and fought with each other over spaces, so what did management do' They decide to charge for parking and not give each apartment a chance to buy one before others already had them and failed to notify us so we could get one in time. Now my pregnant wife has to walk clear across the community in the complete dark to our apartment that has paper-thin walls. We are moving out this month and will throw a huge party in honor of this grand event. Don't waste your time looking here and definitely don't waste your money on a seemingly good deal.

I have to admit this parking space situation is turning into a huge nightmare. When I was looking for apartments, I stumbled upon this one and thought it was perfect. Then when I started the application process, the monthly rent was suddenly $20 higher per month than what had been quoted to me over the phone 2 days earlier. When I signed my lease, I suddenly had to go for a 10-month lease instead of a year as I'd initially been told. And now they're trying to charge us for parking?? This quaint little community is turning into Extortionville, USA. I'd keep looking if I were you.
