Parking is a nightmare! Supposed to have a security officer who will escourt you to and from car. Whenever they are called to use the security for late night or early escourting, they are suddenly busy.

We've had to wait for an hour for parking (because there just isn't enough!!!) If you don't buy and UNCOVERED spot you must park in the visitors and the visitors spots fill up fast. We've had to park 3 to 4 buildings away from ours. They don't give even give you 1 free spot (and make you pay for an additional spot... like most places would do). They are unresponsive.

We've threatened to take legal action on them before they are even slightly willing to respond. Both of our cars have been towed.... BEFORE they officially began towing. The tow truck people are like Hawks!

Very unsatisfied. Can't wait until lease is up in May. Considering finding lawyer to help in breaking contract.
