I have to sadly agree with the majority, I would NOT recommend this apt to anyone.. This is the most poorly managed and laid out complex when it comes to parking. We will be moving promptly when our lease is up!!

I do have to say the staff is great too bad the mgt company is icky!! Understand the ------- can only be as good as their chiefs :o)

i still live here and it still sucks office staff has went threw many changes the property is not in any way kept up from trashy grounds to animal crap in the pool people allow their pets to use the pool for a potty. nothing is done about the kids that cause trouble or vandelize the complex.the only good thing about this place is maintainance allthoe that isnt as good as it was when we moved in . i dont blame the maintainance men because they can only go so far with out the bosses approval. the office stays closed it is impossible to get a hold of anyone and thet pretty much act like what ever the problem is you've bothered them with it so go away they just dont care. we has a room to relax in some one stole the tv out of and the balls for the pool table so we cant use that any more the tables at the pool area have been destroyed by teen agers and storms because they are not secure and no one trys to see that things are taken care of here properly. and what ever you do dont even think about calling for assistance after hours no matter what the problem is because no one will respond
