While I have taken the time to read both the positive and negative commentary, I am glad that there are people who remain objective, even when faced with adversity. The management team at Lost Creek is very responsive; we can't always give the answers or solutions that one resident may want, however we must focus on how the solution offered affects the community as a whole. Additionally, because we strive to be fair and law abiding, we are consistent in following the lines of the lease and implement all policies and procedures in the same manner for everyone. I concede that parking has been an issue, however the frustration over the initial designation and parking fees implemented while the property was under construction has been mitigated greatly, as we are reallocating spots as our occupancy changes. We are very direct about the limited parking and allow individuals to make an informed decision about where they choose to call home. Being assigned one reserved space guarantees at least one space to park in when you get home, versus the alternative of first come first serve parking. Although we attempt to provide super service with a smile, we realize that we can't win 'em all, no matter how hard be aim to please. It is very discouraging to read the negative comments when 9 times out of 10, we haven't been given the opportunity to attempt to address the issue.
I have reviewed all of my pest control requests for the year and don't find us to have an insect or rodent problem at all.
For those that complain about "children" please keep in mind that this community is home to people from all walks of life and the activity that occurs due to the presence of minors is par for the course in any apartment or housing community.

Management at these apartments are terrible, and who is to say that what she said is the truth. If they can put something on paper, and then lie about that, who knows what is the truth. And I would have to say that the kids are obnoxious, since I have a cat that someone shot and kicked there. Some little kids also keyed bad words into my friends truck. And there might not be a rodent problem, but there is a cricket problem. They are everywhere, including one that was in my ceiling for a couple of nights, that made me sleep on the couch. Like I said before, I wouldn't believe anything they say, including their "super service". Because it is far from super.

Children may be "par for the course" but management CAN control kids by holding parents responsible for bad behavior-which is plenty here. Parking was not discussed with me when I was looking at the aparments. I guess it would be too much to ask management to get up and tow people who are in te wrong spots--I was told to call the tow company myself.

"It is very discouraging to read the negative comments when 9 times out of 10, we haven't been given the opportunity to attempt to address the issue." I'm going to go ahead and call BS here. I certainly gave y'all a month's worth of opportunity to correct the problem. I had to go directly to Lynd Company to resolve the issue and guess what, THEY resolved it for you. So all of the negative comments are very well deserved. Instead of responding here with your mumbo jumbo, try fixing your situation first, you would be respected more, as a community.

"Objectively" speaking.....I think the issue here is that there are several shortcomings in regards to living at the Villages of Lost Creek, and the consumers are being penalized for this. For example, the Lynd Company should have worked to resolve the parking matter internally from the start rather than placing an emphasis on maximizing profits. It's quite embarrassing on my part to drive to the other side of the complex to pick up my guest or have to pay part of the towing bill because my parents parked in a close spot to drop me off after being hospitalized for the flu. Then you state are "reallocating" spots for current tenants, what about the new tenants?
As far as onsite management team is concerned, they do an o.k. job. The children within the community should not be the management team responsibility. Common sense would tell the parents that they need to know what their kids are doing at all time. And if there is a rodent problem, I wouldn't tell the front office because I'd contact the health department first.
My only issue with the onsite management team is at times I do wish they leave the corporate rhetoric for their conference calls with corporate. I handle business all over the US, and I can pick up on the corporate rhetoric quick. As you stated, we are all people from all walks of life and this is a place where we're suppose to relax.
In summary, your corporate policies in place fall far outside the parameters of what can be considered in the best interest of the customer. I understand that they pay you to talk to directly to us; however it's the management team responsibility to direct our concerns to them. It's disrespectful to see the Lynd company build apartments all over loop 1604, yet the community of the villages of lost creek continues to live in an unsatisfactory state.
