My brother and I have called this place home for about a year now. There's no noise... The only issue I've had is kids putting BBQ sauce on my car once, and yesterday they put some kind of purple liquid all over my windshield...(not something easily controlled by anything but parenting)
Sadly, the rent is too high for us to continue living her so when our lease runs out we'll be moving out.
Staff is always responsive and nice. Parking is a problem, but i reserve my spot right outside my door (though i live on the third floor).

Meh, after i posted this the kids put "pinkies" all over the walls and spraypainted one of my rims.
