I have lived here for 10 months and I can't wait for my lease to end.

PARKING Parking here is a nightmare. I don't have a problem parking in an assigned space but if you want to have even one friend or family member over they will be parking over 200 yards away in some cases. This is due to tenants junk cars sitting for months in visitors parking. Just to give you an Idea. The very first night I lived here my girlfriend stayed with me and I let her have my parking space. I parked just outside the side gate in a residential area due to visitors parking being full. The next morning I went to my vehicle and discovered a cement yard statue was thrown thru my back glass.

NOISE The noise level at this apartment complex is out of control. I blame it on poor insulation not on neighbors or kids. The noise that I hear is common noise that is part of everyday life. If the insulation was better you would not hear every footstep or simple noise that your neighbor above or beside you made. As far as the Kids there are alot of them and they do make noise during the day but kids will be kids and they do not carry-on into the night.

GROUNDS The grounds here are kept fairly nice thanks to the maintenance guys.

SAFETY The safety factor at this complex is a major problem. Since I have lived here I have personally seen two cars on cinder blocks with their wheels stolen and a few more broken into. Having police cars in the complex due to robbery and domestic disturbance is not an uncommon sight. The lighting at night is also disturbing. If you have a friend over at night and they can actually find a visitor parking space, I would suggest you go and pick them up in your vehicle.

CONSTRUCTION The construction of these apartments is done very cheaply. If you are looking for any type of luxury this is not the place for you. Cabinets and counter tops are of the cheapest quality, the tile is that cheap peel and stick stuff that you see in stores and schools. In the floor plan that I am in they thought it would be a good idea to put the computer desk right next to the kitchen sink, not to mention I only have one full sized pull out drawer in my kitchen. The insulation in these apartments if there is any is not adequate.

MAINTENANCE The maintenance crew here is very friendly and willing to help you with any problem you may have. Sadly that is the only positive thing I have to Say about this complex.

STAFF When I first moved to this complex I could not have been happier with the office staff. They were always very friendly and willing to help to the best of their ability, they always had their door open ready to answer any questions. Since then we have had the entire staff changed. The managers door is rarley open and trying to get things done is like pulling teeth. The staff is not customer service oriented(unless you are a prospective leasee).

OVERALL I would advise you to look someplace else when considering and apartment.
