It's funny how mgmt. or their employees go above and beyond on letting you know how wonderful their apartment complex is. From how close it is to 1604 to how nice and peaceful it is. They seem to tell you everything positive but fail to tell you the negative. I lived there and heard from break ins to cars, apartments, broken car windows, fights where police had to intervein. And never mind the work orders, they tell you to do it on line but somehow never gets done until you actually go in to the office or call them.

Management along with their employees need to be trained in better customer service along with telling the tenant everything that involves moving in, moving out, and any other details when it comes to money. They are willingly and happy to take your rent money but fail to tell you about fees until a collection company calls you to let you know. Don't trust them and think twice before even going in to speak to them.
