When I moved in my apartment was not ready there was a pile of trash in the living room and nothing was clean. Then the vandalism started we have been there a year and so far my car was broken in to, broken window, writing on my door and side walk, stolen plants and plants pulled out of their pot. Every time I talk to management they have some excuse: I shouldn't leave anything in my car (there was only a car seat), I shouldn't have plants out side (my neighbors had plants), the window was a accident (I caught a kid throwing a rock at the same window 20 minute before), I shouldn't worried kids will be kids (if my kids wrote on someone's door they would be grounded). The parking sucks and the grounds are always dirty cups, plates, and whatever food bags someone was eating are all over the place. There is only one maintenance guy that is great but the other one is creepy. He asked my son to work for him and he would give him candy. My son said no and then the maintenance guy said that he stole things and was breaking lights. The thing is when he said that my son did these things my son wasn't even with me she was at his grandmothers. The management didn't believe me and no has is out for us. I have never paid so much for a place to live and hated it so much. Please I know it looks great at first but really don't do it.
