I have had nothing but an unpleasant experience while living in this apartment complex. Management didn't do a walk-thru as required. The apartment had not been cleaned, the carpets were dirty. The neighbors were noisy, playing loud music and leaving their trash on my balcony (1st floor). When I vacated the premises, I steamed cleaned the carpets, leaving them in much better shape then when I originally moved in. Management personnel were rude, unfriendly, and just didn't want to hear about any complaints you had. When I moved out, they charged me for cleaning and other items that were bogus. I paid a $300 pet deposit (2 cats) of which I received no credit for. I would not recommend anybody live in this apartment complex.
