WORST APARTMENTS!!!!!!
It's sad that I had a bad experience. This was my first apartment EVER and it sucked! First of all:
DO NOT RENT A "STUDIO"!!!
Its the worst. Its a 300 sq ft. apt that has a "murphy" bed. (which i never used..brought in my own) Tiny little stove that never worked. Table that was attached to the wall and all that it had to hold it up was a wooden stick.

When I first got the apt they told me that the rent was going to be higher than the other studios because it was "refurbished" so the rent was from $385 to $444. (Trust me not worth 444. After a few weeks the stains in the carpet started popping out slowly. The tub was clogged and the water got all the way to the rim so we couldnt take a shower. So many things that I cant even explain!!! Loud college people who have no consideration for the other residents, 24/7 parties (we caught a break during spring break when they went home).
Parking actually wasnt that bad most of the time.
Near the end of my lease the carpet in front of the bathroom got SOAKED due to a mysterious leak that they never found. All they did was come and make holes in all the walls...tear up the carpet in my apt and in my neighbors apt, send some mystery clean up guys at nine o clock at night, i mean think about it my boyfriend was at work and i was home alone then some stranges barge into my apt.....
anyways...i am tired of typing...there was just sooooooooo much wrong!!!!!! DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
