I am currently a resident. I definitly have plans to move when the lease is up. I have had sugar ants that won't go away even after extermination. I acquired roaches and at one time there was something eating our food at night. The bathrooms toilets have a mold that grows like weeds. I can't get rid of it. And yes the security is creepy, the old man that was there with the bicycle beard dug through the garbages in the middle of the night. I have always been on top of rent. They just up and decide to change the grace period (which was only one day anyway) so that if it was not in the office on the first you are late. Plus they changed the hours of opperation which basically made it impossible to go in. All my neighbors party till the break of dawn and nobody says anything. And the office people are RUUUUUUUUUUDE! I have never walked out of there smiling. I hate it here. If you disregard this review I am sorry for you.
