Well, I'm fudging a little. I only live near these apartments, but I've had to call the police on them several times. I've never called the police on anybody in my life! I talked to the management once about the noise and they told me they could do anything they want on their own property and if I didn't like it, call the police. So I did. Very rude and inconsiderate.
