Dreadful place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   When we first moved in, the carpet was of poor quality and patchy, a broken shot glass in the garbage disposal, and the a/c filters unkept. Maitanence is a joke. You have to consistently complain to get anything done. We have had the garbage disposal, a/c, dryer vent, and the hot water in our shower not work. All have been uphill battles to fix. And if this apartment complex ever needs to shut down the water for repairs, they won't tell you! It happened to me at least 3 times this year. I can't wait to move out.
