OOOOhhhh!!!! I got you beat. At the time I moved out of that Horrid, God forsaken place they sent me a statement with absolute false allegations about damaged counter surfaces, and their expense to resurface them on counters that I never even used!!!!! Word to the wise BEFORE you move out, TAKE PICTURES, and DEMAND that management staff do a walk through TOGETHER WITH YOU. Get a property inventory sheet identical to the one they make YOU sign upon move in to confirm no damages were produced by you outside of normal wear and tear for the duration of you stay. Consider small claims court to recover any damages (money you lost)..Although there's no guarantee on the outcome of small claims court, if the judge rules in your favor, you will not only recover your damages, but can also recover your court costs, filing fees as well....and if any of the evil staff from Villages of Cinnamon Creek are viewing this message...I made preemtive moves in order to buy a house....so call whatever agencies you need to report my not letting you poke me in the eyes with your fabricated statements.....I don't care!!...I already got what I wanted!!! Ha ha ha!!!!
