I moved in in February of last year and have never had any problems that would make me not live here again. The people are nice and everyone around us are friendly. If there is some noise from anywhere it is usually brief and what do you expect in an apartment complex' As far as the parking goes, if you know that parking is tight at night, come home earlier, thats why you have an apartment, or expect to park far when you come home at 2am. Or pay to have the reserved parking. Again, this is an apartment complex and if you want quiet and good close parking and nice smiling faces when you have a problem, buy or rent a house and get over it. You get what you pay (or rent) for.

HAHAAHAAA!!! This is by far staff as well. They think they are tricky. What kind of resident would stick up for arnell and say, you get what you rent for and go buy or rent a house if you dont like it??!!??!!?? What a joke this place is!!

You are an idiot! No wonder you live here. You belong here. Parking here is supposed to be enforced by permit... which we were never issued. It wouldn't matter anyway, nothing is enforced. This is a gated community and the gate is never shut, and when it is the out is open and people just go in backwards. I saw the "security" driving around like a thug with a bunch of "buddies" in the car yesterday. What is up with that? Ya... I'll take your advice too and try to come home earlier. Would you please tell the apt. complex, since you are in so "tight" with them, that they only get half rent from here on out because I can only work half my job so that I can be home to get a parking space? You loser.
