Finally we have a professional office staff that actually care about their tenants. I have lived here for over two years, and yet had I seen any of the staff in the office "care". I love my apartment I wouldnt be able to find this square footage anywhere at this price, the only problems I really have had in the past was the slow response time from maintenance, and the rude people they had in the management office. I recently had a problem that Im surprised to say was resolved in a proficient and timely manner. I feel much more at ease knowing that the company has finally made some good decisions on who runs the office and how it is being ran.

Okay this must be the office staff. Maintence is full of ---- and dates people that live here. Management when is the manager even in the office. Please dont get me started on the leasing people they are so two face. Everyone in the office tells everybody bussiness and talks about each other. They smile in your face but when you leave the offcie they are talking ---- by the way head up office peolpe you do it to each other and we dont want to hear about what you think of so an so that you are working with get a life and grow up But hey they have a CARES TEAM what ever !! Parking is bad but hey when the management moves 10 poeple into one apt what do you think would happen. Dog & Cats are all over the place staff walks by it and do they even try to pick it up no. And on that note when I moved in I was told no big dog, oh I see when they have no one wanting to lease big dogs are okay then. My lease is up in MAY and I'm out. It's like dealing with a bunch of small childern

I agree completley with robin. This is definitley from staff posting this. There is no way a resident can mention this. It's incredible the lies and manipulation this compex does. The staff is far from professional and in no way show any courtesy for their residents. It's like middle school of a bunch of immature girls who have no lives. They are from from "Legendar service" like their motto is. It should be more like "Legendary service till you move in."

Ya, we leased in April and we were told that they just got a new manager and things would get better. The office staff has completely turned over, and they are all rude sobs and trash. We were also told that their corporate management just forked over a HUGE amount of money to do updates and repairs. That was over 8 months ago and all we have seen is a horrible paint job slapped on top of rotting wood and trim. It certainly is not going to upgrades and maintenance! After reading all of the reviews on this site lately, it is very apparent that the staff is really stooping to new low levels in order to hold onto any kind of decent reputation that they may have decieved people into believing. You should all be ashamed, and what goes around comes around. As for those of you that are "trapped" in this Hell hole... I feel your pain. May they all rot.
