I love having a garage. The manager is new, and is very nice, Sheleigh was very nice, she walked with me to my new apartment to make sure everything was ok.
The apartment is very nice.
The only problem is don't be late with rent, the asst. manager will not even want to talk about it.

Ya, you sound like you just moved in! Don't be late with rent? That's a given and has nothing to do with the treatment of the tenants in this complex. So how long have you worked for this complex? Either that or, I guess you just moved in and have been blessed enough not to have to deal with any maintenance issues or problems. Good luck on that one. By the way, they all "act" nice to your face, it's in the care, the continued regular care and respect of the tenants and the apartments that is the real - challenge and test of a good complex and management.
