FIRST OF ALL THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING. DO NOT DARE STEP IN THE GRASS BECAUSE THERE IS DOG FECES EVERYWHERE. DO NOT BE SURPISED WHEN YOU NOTICE A DENT ON YOUR VEHICLE DUE TO BAD PARKING OR A CARELESS NEIGHBOR. THE MANAGEMENT IS INCOSIDERATE AND DIFFICULT. YOU BETTER HOPE YOUR NEIGHBOR IS NOT INTO TECHNO BECAUSE YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS CONVERSATION NEXT DOOR. CAN'T WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP!!!
