I lived at this complex for five years and one of the worse experiencesI have had in apartment living. Parking was practically non-existence. You had to be home by 6:00PM in order to get a decent park by your apartment. After 10:00 you might as well not come home or if you better be walking. The security officer in business with the towing company and would tow your car in immediately. If you were able to catch them while they were in the process of towing your car you had to pay $120.00 on the spot or they would tow it off the property. My daughter's brand new car was broke into twice and making it so she could not use her key to unlock her car. My pole in my masterbedroom closet fell and I my clothes were on the floor all summer. Management was rude and disrespectful to the tenants and rent was due on the first of the month or they would charge you a late fee. They always threatened to fine you for having possessions on the balcony. I finally had sense enough to move after living in that horrible disrespectful place. The dryer vent never work and it took forever for your clothes to dry.

while i agree with most of what your are saying(i lived there for about 8 months), how can you be mad if they charge you a late fee if dont pay your rent on time? 9 out of 10 places are the same way.

i agree that everyone has a late fee for being late. But most places i've lived at- even with strict landlords- gave us until the 5th of every month to get our rent in. its BS that there is a $50 late fee. other places charge $25

i just hate the fact that the maintenance is poor. there is no reason why the pole in the closet was not fixed the next day. i hate the time frame of maintenance.

actually, i work at an apartment complex-- and MOST places are 50-75 dollar late fees for the first day. and i live at cinnamon creek and I have to ask: If you're so unhappy here, why have you stayed for five years? Sure, I have my qualms about the way things are done here but I do not intend to renew. If you can't afford to live somewhere else, then don't complain. The office staff are subject to a ------ management company and terrible building conditions. LEASING PROFESSIONALS DID NOT BUILD THIS PLACE!! And they are just the MESSENGERS. Again,I am unhappy living here, but I do not blame it on the office. The management company is not dedicated enough to provide competent maintenance and a realistic budget/policy for customer service. The people in the office do what they can with what they are (not) provided. Sure, at times I have to show my face and hear excuses about my apartment's problems, but they are always apologetic and GENUINELY trying to help me. I appreciate the sincerity I receive, and understand that they are subject to human error, as well as higher powers in their organization.

That is crap! The office staff there is aweful. I am a new leasing agent and this complex is making me strive to be better than them, which wouldnt be to hard. When me and my two girlfriends came to sign the lease we were first greeted with a very rude agent and when we asked to be helped by someone else he threw a temper tantrum and slammed his office door. The next guy saw us and took off his wedding ring and put it on a different finger, all of us noticed the tan line. The person we were happiest with was a female that just started working there 3 days prior. This all should have detoured us from moving in but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now I have to sleep somewhere else because all I hear at night is loud music and people screaming from the building across from us. So dont make the same mistake we did, move somewhere else.
