yeah the place is nice and kind of quiet. but maintenance issues suck. its never the apts fault, always the tenant. and hello, whats the break down for our fees. is there a fee for being a "gated community"' i think that gate has been closed (entry only) twice this entire summer. maintenance doesnt clean up after themselves either. i dont know what the heck they were fixing on my neighbors place, but my area still looks sloppy- and i dont think they plan on fixing it up. its too expensive to live there in my opinion. we need new washer and dryers too. it takes forever to dry our clothes.

UPDATE:
Change in staff and maintenance. Things get taken care of now. Staff is always willing to help you. I would recommend these apts to new tenants. I wouldnt when i 1st made my entry, but now everything is different. I even renewed my lease.
