Neighbors loud, office won't help with issue. Neighbors out all hours of the night, loud music and yelling. The office will not address these issues. I have to waste the police departments time to get any quiet. Maintenance does not exist without harrasment. There are numerous roof leaks all over the complex, we have had one since we moved in a year ago. Only one of three bathrooms works. One is totally rusted out and nasty. The other only drips from the shower and you can't run water for a bath because the shower won't go off. All of our doors squeek, the paint and cabinets are all beat up. They are painting now, but over a bunch of water damaged wood. Our floor on our second floor balcony is rotting and we are scared to walk on it. Our dryer won't dry because the outside vent is clogged up. We have repeatedly turned in work orders and the maintenance won't come out until you go to the office and complain. Then they come out and don't fix the problem. They turn in a completed work order and don't do the job. The gate is NEVER closed. I have lived here for a year and it has been closed two times that I have seen. People come through the sides of the gates and wonder the parking lots too. I am very dissapointed with this apt. We have gone through so much more with the office, staff, and tenants here. Just too much to talk about. You can tell by the reviews on this site that what I am saying is true and I am not some stupid drug addict. I just wish I would have found this site before I rented. Be prepared to stress the whole time you live here if you choose to lease. Don't let the low prices and specials fool you into leasing. I would rather work a second job than ever live here again.
