This was my first apartment right of college and I got out as soon as I could! My apartment had standing water in it 3 different times in less than two months!! The management staff is unbelievable - they have no clue what customer service is and made NO gesture to help me in any of those three situations. (The people who came to clean my carpet one night that my apartment was flooded were more friendly, nice, and understanding than the mgmt. staff ever was).

It took on more than one occasion WEEKS

The walls were paper thin - I could hear the people above me and on both sides playing video games and watching tv. I had ants and roaches in my apartment at seperate times - which was AFTER I had the apartment sprayed for bugs on more than one occasion.

This place is terrible and if you know of anyone that is living there - tell them to get out ASAP!!

Ugh! I'd been considering relocating from the complex next door, but I think I'll just stay here...at least the office staff is sorta friendly (depending on the day) and most of the maintenance guys are solid.

Ya... we constantly have roaches, huge suckers too. I have written a couple of reviews on here. Mine is the Horrible! Terrible Living Conditions... I had to stop typing it got so long. I didn't even mention the roaches and silver fish in it, or the bird nest in our cieling dryer vent that they won't remove because it takes an outside company to do it... just waiting for a fire... Oh as far as the office staff not helping you... I was 8 months pregnant and my roof over the stairs gave in and flooded, and they would not come help me at least throw a towel in the window at the top of the stairway, or help me stop the water from coming in. Pathetic! It's either critters, or the pot pipe, glass beer bottles, and trash on our porch from the neighbors next door...or a flood! I can't believe that anyone has to put up with this.
