If you have a prob. get on the staffs ass, just call them. Threaten that in the conditions you are living in that you have to right to not pay rent. Believe me they will take care of the problem. You guys have it good in SA but you complain. I'm from Endicott NY where when ppl moved out they did not clean, repaint much less do ANY maintenance. When I moved here I was pleasantly surprised. They even have pest control as long as you call and set it up.
Before I moved to cinnamon creek I look at the reviews but I didn't pay any mind because you guys are just taking what the apts do for you for granted. Try moving to another town and see if they even have a launrdy room or pool, or even make readies.

Trainer, the other anonymous has a point...just because you have settled for less than what is considered to be STANDARD does not make people who refuse to settle for crummy facilities 'too picky.' Raise your standards and quit braying.

Ha! You crack me up. I guess you have never lived in better. Sucks to be you. You can settle for what you want, but the reviews speak for themselves. You think we are idiots and have not already exhausted the tactics you proposed. I have nothing else to say. Enjoy your meager life.

apparantly your standards for yourself are not good. I've heard the horror stories about ny living. that so unfortunate for people who have to live there. as far as san antonio the standards for apt living are high. these communities rake in millions form us. I expect everything to be in top shape for my hard earned money.

The standards for apartment living in San Antonio are not high. It's strange that the city cannot adapt to the standards that you see in wealthier cities such as Dallas, Ft. Worth, and the Houston area. However, you have to realize that as long as you have running water, a place to sleep, cook, and shower, then there's no reason to complain. If your health and safety are in any way in danger, then get a lawyer and contact corporate.
