I have lived at Villages of cinnamon creek for a while now and absolutely love my home. The floorplan is huge and I have three restrooms. The new maitenance supervisor is amazing. I love the amenities that are offered. I check out movies from the office weekly. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects. I love living here and will continue to call this my home for a very long time.

Well good for you. I'm glad that 1 person out of the 300 is content. Oh wait... that's right... they are having trouble keeping the units rented. That's why they have hired numerous apt. locators to help them fill them, and keep running cheap specials. This property is posted anonymously all over Craigslist. So, let me rephrase that, I am glad 1 out of 100 is happy. By the way... they show a pic. of the model home (nothing... NOTHING representative of what you actually get)... and a picture of the playground on Craigs. When you call the property rep. about the apt./townhouse... they will not tell you what property it is or where it is located, not even what part of town. You have to meet with them so they can "persuade you". Go ahead check out Craigslist for yourself. You will see the same cheap townhouse represented by numerous apt. locators - but no info. I can't begin to tell you what I went through here, as well as what countless others have had to endure. My guess would be that this person has very low standards or has a contact/ friend in the office. We all know how politics works people. I am a mature, eductated mother of two children. This place is NOT safe, and they do not respect you or care for your safety. The dead body my brother and I found in the road, and the thugs sneaking through the fence all hours of the night to play basketball is just the tip of the iceberg. I was seven months pregnant and had a portion of my roof cave in and cause the upper windowsill to give way and start leaking, well streaming water during a downpourg. I called the office, and they would not help me stop the leak because it was raining and they did not want to get wet and could not patch the roof in the rain. All I wanted was someone to help me put some big trashcans out or something. The leak was at the top of the stairs... twenty feet in the air! So, I had to wait until my husband could make it home from work to help stop the leak. That was in May 2007. We moved out April 2008... the leak and the mold was still there. I just want to state that I am a very leniant, understanding person... and this pushed me to my limits. If you have any intelligance about you at all, don't move here. Save it for people who enjoy living in hell holes and poverty. I didn't say those that have lived in poverty (you can't always help that), I am saying those who actually enjoy it like this person. You moron. AND I am posting with my username rather than anonymously... I don't care if you know who I am... I am rid of this complex. THANK GOD!!!!! If you think this is such a great complex, what do you have to hide?

I agree, this place is not worth the money you have to pay each month. For beginners the apartments have poor insulation, the sinks in all three rooms continue to leak, my boyfriend has put in a request to get them fixed and they have done nothing to help. The flooring in the bathroom is coming up and the people in the office are just rude. To tell one of your tenants that you don't have the time to argue with them, when they are just trying to get the repairs in the apartment done. Not to mention they try and rush you out of the office because the office people are in such a hurry to go home! How is that professional? This place needs some major changes especially if they want to charge as much rent as they do.

Ok - clearly the person who posted this review is staff person of this complex's leasing office or someone is posting on their behalf. Yes the floorplans are large in comparison to other apartment communities but the insulation is very very poor hence ridiculously high CPS bills. What's the point of having 3 restrooms if none ofd them function properly? Calling the new maintanence supervisor "amazing" is an extreme overstatement - not one single body in that office even come close to that word. I guess you could consider weekly movie rentals an amenity. No wonder you're so happy - your standards are obviously very low. Can anyone say bedbugs, filthy urine staturated carpets, broken AC's, fleas, animal feces all over the place and possums/stray cats everywhere? In truth, because the complex's unique structures and sizeable floorplans, it would do so well and it does have great potential if the right community manager were in place and the staff wasn't such a clan of thieves, liars and scumbags. And don't bother with corporate - they shield these losers like you wouldnt believe. Beware and stay away - it's bad enough when you live in a less than mediocre community but it's even worse when you are forced to deal with a less than mediocre caliber of people in the leasing office. Those rats are the most dishonest creatures the vermin genus has to offer. I did post anonymously because I'm still stuck in my lease and when I leave, these peasants will have the power to screw with my credit and they will create any reason to do so. Then they'll stick together to make it plausible. Can't wait to get out of this hell hole.
