I hated that place, besides the poor parking, poor maintenence, and horrible office workers who steal, lie and cheat you out of everything you have.. I was late on one of my monthly payments, which is my fault, I took a check to the office to pay my rent plus my late fees, i sat down in the office, handed her the check for everything and asked her if there was any other fees that I was missing, making sure I was clear. She said yes and I left the office. Two days later I got a notice on my door saying I owed like $200.. I marched up to the office and talked to one of the other bimbos in there and she said they do not honor what was said by another employee unless you have something written down and signed. I ended up breaking my lease and of course they tagged on a bunch of other -------- fees along to ruin my credit even further.I also had a friend who worked in the office and she hated the office manager. She not only treats the residents bad, but the others who work under her as well... Do not move here. They also found needles near and in the pool near the work out room more than once.
