The people in the office care nothing at all about tenants. Once 4:00p.m. roles around they're in whatever mode and just want to get out that door.
There is no direct line to a manager....if there is, its impossible to speak to them.
Couldn't fix the air conditioner due to the fact "it wasn't 85 degrees outside or hotter." Even tho it was about 90 in the apt.
Kitchen is very out dated and just falling apart due to being old.
It was a mistake living here, hated it and wish I didn't, but given the circumstances. I had no choice.

Those people in the office live in "whatever mode". If there is loophole to get out of helping/assisting/resolving an issue, those losers will find it. I can't believe apartment locators are still referring people to this property. Forget about EVER speaking to the manager - her cronies will give you every excuse in the book not to put you in touch with her mainly because she tells them to or because they may be creating job security. My advice is go straight to corporate at Trinity Propery Consultants or www.fftrinity.com and click under the contact us link. You never know maybe if the higher ups hear enough complaints about how poorly this complex is managed, they may finally do something about it but I wouldnt hold my breath....

The "higher ups" don't care either. My husband and I did contact them by e-mail on their corporate website, and by phone. They are just as backstabbing and could care less. They will tell you one thing, and kill you with kindness over the phone. Then just throw the complaint in their "complaint" pile and go on. It would take everyone complaining and flooding their voice mail and inboxes for months to have any impact I am afraid.

Ohhhh man. I am so glad I found this. I have had the worst time with the office staff. i love the location and don't mind the small space studio but let me let you in on a little something. i have been dealing with rats, possums and who knows what other critters in the walls. They are gone from my apartment (YES IN MY APARTMENT)but they are still waking up at night having a party in the walls. To top it off my apartment and the neighbors infested with fleas. Pest control says it's cause of the possums. (forgive my spelling). This is the worst service I have ever gotten from any apartment complex. Sad to say that they don't care about our well being. Rats and other critters are a walking danger to any one and I do not think they see it as a hazard at all. i am going on two weeks dealing with this crap. Thank you because now I can go straight to corporate. On a funny note: I would tell my friends that the rats were having a party at night. Little did I know that it was true. HAHA
