Price and location were okay but once you move in you're on your own. I asked the maintenance people to fix one of my water taps and turn the heat down as I would be away. Today my power bill came for three times the normal amount. I guess they left the AC on full blast or something equally obtuse. Don't expect much or you'll be disappointed!
