GEEZ....WHERE THE HELL DO I START. YOU MIGHT OR MUST BE OUT OF YOUR MIND TO EVEN CONSIDER MOVING INTO THESE NASTY, SCUMMY, REPUGNANT, ---- ROACH INFESTED PLACE THEY CALL "YOUR HOME SWEET HOME"(BLAH BLAH)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MANAGMENT, I DON'T EVEN WANT GO THERE. THEY RE THE MOST ENJOYABLE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH (NOT). THEY ARE FAST AND EFFICIANT, (NEVER). WHAT ARE WE PEASANTS''' SORRY, DON'T MEAN TO AFEND ANYONE. I'M JUST SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS DAMN PLACE. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FIXED, LEAKS EVERYWHERE, OUT-DATED KITCHEN, DIRTY AS CAN BE, ALL APPLIANCES LOOK LIKE THERE BACK FROM THE CAVEMAN AGES. THEY ISSUE A GATE CARD; THEY REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE TO OPEN THE GATES THAT HAVE NEVER WORKED SINCE I VE BEEN THERE. (GOING ON 9MONS) YES, I M STILL TOLERATING THIS UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP, THANK GOD!!!!! CAN T WAIT!!! ANYWAY, IF YOU LOSE THIS CARD YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR A $50 FEE. THE APARTMENTS ARE SO CLOSE TOGETHER YOU CAN PRACTICLLY SEE THE NOSE HAIRS OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. THERE S A MAJORITY OF YOUNG PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE AND THEY PARTY 24/7. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING ALL TO WELL. YOU COMPLAIN AND NOTHING GETS DONE(WHAT, NO). SO, IF YOU LIKE LIVING IN A RAT HOLE, NEVER WANT TO GET SLEEP, WANT YOUR THINGS STOLEN, WANT TRASH THROWN EVERYWHERE, A RIVER RUNNING THROUGH YOUR APARTMENT, HALF ASS CARPET WORK, LINOLEUM BUBBLED FLOORING, POOR PEOPLE SKILLED, UNEDUCATED MANAGEMENT/MANTENANCE, MOLDY, SHAMELESS, DISGUSTING PLACE. THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

I moved out of this Hell Hole going on a year now... and the gate never worked when I was there either. Which it didn't matter because the thugs that lived in the apartment complex next door would just squeeze threw the gate and break into our cars and apts. and use our basketball court at all hours of the night. If anyone reads these reviews and still rents this apt. you get what you deserve. I think there are enough reviews on here to speak for themselves. You are just inviting misery into your life by moving here... no matter who you are - sinner or saint.

I wholeheartdly agree with you,when our lease is up we will be moving.The staff around here ain't worth the paycheck that they are getting.We have had all kind of problems since we moved here and it takes weeks before anything gets done but they sure do want that rent money on time.
