It seems the southside keeps moving north these days. I have lived here for 3 years now and have to say, it is not the same apartment complex it was 3 years ago. Management now is not so good - it's not the manager herself, but the two girls working for her and they are terrible! Lazy and completely unhelpful. The maintenance group is great and parking is not too bad lately since people have begun moving out, but safety is a real concern. The other day a girl was attacked in the laundry room right outside my window! It was only 9:30 p.m too! There have been a lot more people loitering around the place drinking. The other night, someone knocked over my roommates motorcycle. It seems to be that fewer dental and medical students live here now and more poor families who hog the barbeque pits and pool with their family parties and lowlifes live here. I will not be renewing my contract because I feel unsafe and I don't think things are going to get better.
