I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS, IN A LITTLE EFFICIENCY, RENT FOR THIS IS ABOUT 435, A MONTH, I LIKE IT HERE, IT IS QUIET, WELL KEPT, MANAGEMENT IS GOOD, IT HAS A SMALL POOL, A TENNIS COURT, A LITTLE BASKET BALL COURT, LITTLE WORK OUT ROOM, I LIKE IT, IT IS OKAY IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, APARTMENTS ARE WELL BUILT, QUIET, I WOULD GIVE IT A FOUR OUT OF FIVE STARS, DEFINANTLY
