After reading the reviews I thought that I would share my experience. The office staff was always very friendly and helpful. I brought moise complaits to their attention about a party neighbor who liked to fight with her boyfriend outside her apt. at all hours of the night and early morning. The office staff followed up with thte complaint and when the girl did not improve she was asked to move out. I did have a problem with all of the dog poop and brought it to the attention of the office. They would do what they could; they put reminder signs on everyone's door-- the situation did not improve that much, but realy the only thing they can truly do to end the situation is not allow dogs. The few times I had maitnence concern they took care of them in a prompt manner. My biggest complaint with the place was I didn't like the fact that I had no counter space in the bathroom, or drawers for that matter. That drove me crazy, but I should have thought about it when I looked at the place. Overall I really the liked the apartment community and would live there agian if I like the apartment. The reason I move out was that I got such a deal on the rent when I moved in that I was shocked when I saw the price to renew my lease, so I looked for something in the price range with counters in the bathroom. I almost forgot about one more downside to my apartment-- I swear I lived on a flood plane. Whenvere it rained or they ran the sprinklers it took some fancy maneuvering on my part to make it my place with dry feet! Also, at midnight when the sprinklers were on there was no way to get to my apartment without getting wet- I loved watching my fiance run throught the sprinklers to see me! Those were good times!
