Good:
Quiet place
Gated (although it is bothersome to punch a code to get OUT)
Outside brick layout looks nice
Maintenance was prompt
Carpet was nice (and I think new)
The larger bedroom of the 2-2 was very roomy (smaller bedroom was pretty small)
The set-up for living room/kitchen/dining room was nice
My roommate really liked the large mirror in the dining room area
Management is made up of nice ladies (the older one was super nice, although the younger one kind of had some attitude, and the manager is very nice)

Bad:
Parking at night is pretty bad
Very old, things in the apt were falling apart, like our ceiling fans, microwave, faucet, bathroom mirror, to name a few. (but maintenance was pretty quick to fix and replace them)
The building I lived in was hard to access. (had to walk around the building to the back)
Graffiti on the back of the apts

"Bad" things that I didn't mind: Ugly cabinets, no pantry, the small exercise room (there weren't many people there anyways when I went)

It's cheaper (not the cheapest) than a lot of other apts out there. The quiet atmosphere is good for students who need to study. My neighbor across from me were 2 students. But for the most part, I mainly saw families around. I know there was a police shooting in the parking lot recently, but I wouldn't hold that against the apt. The people around are very friendly, my roommate and I had some trouble with her car starting, and one of our neighbors helped us out.

Overall, OK. I guess the only main problem is that the apts are old (early 80s I think), but like I said before, maintenance is pretty quick fix and replace.
