We have been living here since the beginning of 2006 and the whole experience has been nothing but marginal. We have moved from different floor plans. In all the units that we have lived in, the appliances have all been old and dingy and the same goes with the old carpet, walls, and countertops. In the first unit, our neighbor constantly made noise and always left their dogs running around with no leash. We have made complaints but the management never did anything to resolve the problem. In our second unit, the bathroom was a joke. There seemed to be mold and pipes were rusty. And I remember that they didn't even clean it through out when we first moved in. In the third unit that we lived in, which was a two bedroom, it was pretty clean and well kept when we first moved in. The layout was big but the fireplace was in an awkward spot so we didn't really use it. There were always sewer problems around the building and in most cases you would see feces and used toilet paper on the grass. Such a disease stricken place! Also, they are never good in enforcing the pet policy of making the resident clean up after their dogs. We were responsible enough to always pick up after our dog and I was just upset that the management never did follow through with complaints. The gate entry and exit was always a hassle. Parking was adequate. Overall, after 3 years, we finally moved out of this place due pest (yes pest!) problems. I would give the maintenance staff an A coz they were always on time and always followed up on maintenance problems. The management is ok, marginal service. I think they have changed not for the better though after the 3 years that we have been there. Also, they are now requiring renter's insurance. I wonder why I guess coz the place is falling apart.
