I love it here at the Villas because the neighbors are great and so is the staff and maintenance. I wonder why people always complain just cause theyre not happy'' well go on somewhere else. you get what you pay for idiots. Yea the ground are a bit bad, cause of people that leave their dog ---- everywhere. other than that i pay a good price for my 2 bdrm. i think its good that renters insurance is now required, if there were to be a fire or some sort, at least i know my stuff is covered as well as the neighbors around me :) i personally think these people that complain are just a bunch of chumps that are not happy with life LOL! good luck to all!

Well aren't you the constructive little reviewer? Why not stick to reviewing the actual apartment complex instead of your happier former neighbors? What kind of chord did these people, who definitely have better writing skills than you do, strike with their much more informative reviews? Are you one of the office assistants?

I just toured the community today after touring 2 other communities. I have to say that I was quite impressed with both the customer service I was provided and I was inpressed with the apartment I was shown with is the apartment I was offered. First impressions are important. I think I'm giving this community a chance.
