I'm a travel RN and I resided in these brand spanking new apartments for 3months while on assignment. The unit, the property, the rec. ctr and pool was outstanding. They set out for these to be luxury apartments and I felt like they were. My husband, however, felt like they were built cheaply. He's specializes in home improvement for years so he's good at pointing out minor details like uneven flooring, blotches in the paint on the wall or outside the building. But hey it's not you home, it's an apartment. The gym was amazingly well equipped with top of the line equipment. All of the treadmills, bikes, stairmasters, etc had built-in personal televisions with headset access. The gym overlook the beautiful pool area. Sometimes the gym would get too hot, and the thermostat was locked up so temp had to be adjust by staff during office hours only. There was sauna which wasn't important to me, but my husband used it quite a bit. The hottub was indoors and nice. The game room had a pooltable, foozball, and air hockey. Indoor basketball court and racket ball room, again it would get hot and you couldn't control the temp. They had two awesome gas grills that worked very well. They were starting to stock the business room with computers and fax machines as we were moving out. They were also working on a volleyball court. The appliances in the units were stainless steel and cabinets were beautiful. There were few set backs because they were brand-new apartments, but in the end these are going to be topline units for San Antonio.

I agree about the apartments being cheaply built, that actually goes for all the premises. I do enjoy living at the complex but I???m afraid that the short term residents are not likely to take care of their apartments.
