While PCSing with the military we leased an apartment for one month. Office staff is friendly, but not very knowledgeable of the paperwork they are processing. Everytime we talked to them we got a different story and price. We ended up getting overcharged for things we didn't agree to in the lease. Make sure you do a very detailed inspection before signing for the apartment. The lady that walked us through our inspection told us not to worry about minor scratches. When we got our refund we were charged for a small scratch on the outside of the door...$16.00 for a bucket of paint.
My kids enjoyed the pool, but the noise from the aircraft going by is loud.

they charged me for scratch outside door and dirt in air condition closet also charged with dent in fridge door they caused with dolly on move in 300 dollars they make alot of money on your move out beware it is a scam!!!
