Assigned carports, but my carport is very far from my apartment and I have two small children to carry (plus groceries usually). Also, I rec'd a letter stating I was violating the lease b/c my son left his spiderman action figure on our balcony (just while he came inside to get something else)..others have plants, patio furniture and pitbulls on there balcony, I really didn't get that. Close to the airport, but it's not too bad, not a big inconvenience. A lot of units have to share same dumpster, trash overflows very quickly. Amentities are the best thing about the apartments.
