I have been living here for 5 months, and am happy here. It is in the flight path, but after about 2 nights, I don't even notice the airplanes anymore. It is very clean and very quiet -- I have never heard any noise from neighbors, EVER. Walls must be built well. I met the courtesy officer once, when he was kicking people out of the rec center who shouldn't be there, so I was grateful. I'm happy he keeps it a safe place to live. I have never had any problems here, and highly recommend it. The pool is really nice, and the rec center is outstanding -- way better than most apartments. The price is reasonable, not too expensive, like Alamo Heights, but still nice and safe.
