This complex in conjunction with RxHousing, our short-term rental provider, offered the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They failed to meet their obligations at every level even though they had MY money.

I would never recommend RxHousing to anyone. Furniture was not delivered on time, washer/dryer were three days late, cable TV was four days late; you'll be making lots of phone calls...but don't expect a returned phone call!

Vista Del Norte appears to be in collusion with RxHousing as they will not speak to the renter about issues since Rx has the lease.

Don't expect any deposits back...even if you are clean and do your part to live up to the contract.

We did everything reasonably possible to get away clean and put this experience behind us. Four months later we are still waiting on returned deposits and answers.

Poor customer service, jet noise...STAY AWAY!

RX Housing is a professional short-term housing provider that prides itself on the customer service level it upholds. Feel free to view the website and read the customer testimonials. Clearly RX Housign doesn ot have a track record displaying displeased customers. Unfortunately, not every client is completely satisfied, and there are circumstances that prevent a less than a positive housing experience as indicated in this client. In every instance, and with every client, the staff displays the willingness, and the execution of going above and beyond to create complete and total satisfaction for a client.

I lived in the apartment for 4 months and they did the same thing to me and took my whole deposit for "Soap scum", the company probably does this to all their tenants. This would be a good inside edition episode. Someone needs to look into this. The next stop for me is the Better Business Beauro.

They used the soap scum scam, scuff on the wall, and tiny paint chip on the door....bye, bye deposit!!
